Cookie Policy

How Parsift uses cookies and similar technologies, and how you can control them.

Last updated: 2026-06-24

This document describes how Parsift handles your data, in line with the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) and GDPR-compatible practices. It is provided for transparency and does not constitute legal advice.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies (such as localStorage) serve comparable purposes. We use them to operate the site and, with your consent, to understand how it is used.

2. Categories we use

  • Strictly necessary: required for the site to function (e.g., remembering your theme preference). These do not require consent.
  • Analytics (optional): help us understand usage. These load only after you give explicit consent through our cookie banner.
  • Marketing measurement: we measure advertising performance (for example, whether a sign-up happened) in a privacy-preserving mode that does not set cookies on your device or collect personal data. Because it stores nothing on your device and does not identify you, it runs without requiring consent.

3. Consent (opt-in)

We operate on an opt-in basis: no cookies are stored on your device, and no personal data is collected, for non-essential purposes before you explicitly consent. You can accept or reject non-essential cookies through the banner shown on your first visit. The one exception is anonymous marketing measurement, which sets no cookies and collects no personal data, so it does not depend on consent.

4. Managing your preferences

You can change your choice at any time by reopening the cookie preferences from the link in the site footer. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.
