Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Parsift platform and APIs (the "Service"), operated by AT TECNOLOGIA LTDA, CNPJ 56.606.567/0001-60. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Parsift extracts structured data from documents using a proprietary engine. We provide the Service on an ongoing basis and may improve, modify, or discontinue features, giving reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and API keys and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be authorized to submit any documents you upload.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or to infringe the rights of others.
• Upload content you are not authorized to process.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Exceed or circumvent rate limits and plan quotas.

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing presented at sign-up or in your agreement. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and you retain access until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

You retain all rights to the documents you upload and the data extracted from them. You grant us the limited rights necessary to process your documents and provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service, including the Parsift engine, software, and brand, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except the right to use the Service as permitted.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Vitória, ES, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply where you reside.

We may update these Terms; the effective date reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Last updated: 2026-05-20.
